RatingExcellent workshop. The reception staff are always very friendly and take the time to explain what was wrong with the car and what was done to fix it. My girlfriend and I always bring our vehicles here, both for repairs and regular servicing.

10/10 service was exceptional . Very helpful and reasonable mechanics. I have a hire can and the company sent me to them. As a solo female they made me feel super comfortable and made sure I wasn't driving away in an unsafe car

I found nice, professional, and dedicated mechanics there. I faced an emergency situation with a rental car issue on my last day in Margaret River tour. Two older mechanics and one younger mechanic were attentive to my situation, listened to what I said, and looked into it, even though this kind of service wasn't highly profitable given the effort they put in. In fact, I had visited other two repair shops downtown early in the morning before coming to this shop, but they just glanced at the engine compartment and never addressed the problem. I regret that I couldn't express my gratitude adequately because I had to rush to Perth Airport. I don't want to generalize based on my experience. However, a local lady, who seemed to have a battery issue, also appeared to be satisfied with the service here. I'd like to express my appreciation once again with the highest rate.
